Does The Glow Life offer gift certificates?

We offer gift certificates for a variety of services. They do expire after 90 days and there are no refunds, and it must be used for a service of equal or greater value as there is no cash value. Rescheduling great than 1 times while paying with a gift certificate forfeits value.

How is The Glow Life different from other esthetic services around town?

We offer a down to earth approachable atmosphere and innovative, professional treatment services at affordable prices. We offer consultations to ensure a unique lash, skin, body or teeth service.

Which payment methods does The Glow Life accept?

We accept all forms of payment including cash, all major credit and debit cards as well as e-payment apps, ie Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Please keep in mind payment is due in full at time of service. Also, tax is included on all services, even if paying with cash.

What is your cancellation policy — does The Glow Life allow for rescheduling/cancelling of appointments?

It is understandable that there are circumstances arise that prevent us from making it to our appointments; I will try my hardest tp accommodate your rescheduling needs.

Our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies is as follows and we currently do not require a scheduling deposit but to keep it as such, we ask:

1. All new Lash Full Sets, Facial Services and Teeth Whitening must be canceled within 48 hours of appointment time.

2. A non-refundable 50% of booked service cancellation fee will apply to all appointments that are not rescheduled.

3. If rescheduling a new Full Lash Set, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required before new appointment time will be saved.

4. All lash fills that are rescheduled or canceled without 24 hour notice will be charged a $10 convenience fee at time of next appointment.

Does The Glow Life offer refunds on services?

As a trained professional, I do everything possible to ensure an experience that exceeds your expectations, however should you be unsatisfied with a service or treatment, including Lash Extensions, Teeth Whitening, etc, there will be no refunds or exchanges for other other services given.
